Getting There

By Train & Bus

If you are travelling to York by train or bus, you can catch either the number 44 or 66 bus from outside of the train station directly to the University. Get off the bus on University road at the stop under the bridge. Cross the road and continue forward to the University lake where you will see signs for the Physics and Electronics Dept located at the other side of the lake, there you will find the exhibition centre.

Driving

From the A64: Turn off at the junction signposted York/Hull following signs for the University. You will pass B&Q on the right-hand side. At the roundabout take a left (following signs to the University) and then take a right at the next roundabout. You are now on campus. You will come to another roundabout (triangle shaped), go straight over here following signs for Campus South and the sports centre. The Exhibition Centre and Campus South car park is on the right hand side just after the pelican crossing. Parking is free at the weekends, but please leave a little extra time to find a space, as this will be a busy weekend on the University of York campus.

From the A19: From the A19, you will come into York via Fulford. Follow the signs for the University turning right at the traffic lights on Fulford Road. When you arrive at a mini roundabout turn right again past Fulford Barracks and the Golf Course. The turning for the Exhibition Centre is on the left hand side before the pelican crossing, signposted Sports Centre and Campus South. Parking is free at the weekends, but please leave a little extra time to find a space, as this will be a busy weekend on the University of York campus.

From the City Centre: From the City Centre follow the signs out of the City for Hull. Once on Hull Road, at the traffic lights turn right into the University. You will come to a small roundabout, please go straight on. At the next two roundabouts turn right following signs for the Sports Centre and Campus South. The Exhibition Centre and Campus South car park is on the right hand side just after the pelican crossing. Parking is free at the weekends, but please leave a little extra time to find a space, as this will be a busy weekend on the University of York campus.
